Waitlist · Build Big Fast AI Intensive

Waitlist · January

Maui is full. Get on the January list.

The October room in Maui is full. The next one is in January, and the waitlist gets first shot at seats. Worth doing well. Your answers decide two things: whether it's a fit, and what we start building for you before you ever walk in. By the last question you'll already be thinking about your business differently. That's on purpose.

Section 4

Where are you with AI right now?

There's no wrong answer here. The room gets tailored around where people actually are, not where they say they are.

Where would you say your business is today with AI?

I've barely started. I use ChatGPT or Claude regularly. I've built a few automations or AI agents. I already have AI systems running inside my business. My business is already heavily AI-enabled.

What's the most advanced AI implementation you've built so far? Optional

Section 5 · The one that matters most

Let's find your build.

Slow down on this one. Your answers here are what we prep from. Walk in and we already know what your two days should produce.

If we could only build ONE thing during these two days, what would create the biggest impact on your business?

What's the biggest bottleneck slowing your business down today?

If you could permanently remove one responsibility from your plate, what would it be? Optional

Why haven't you already built this?

No time, don't know where to start, too many options, technical roadblocks, need accountability, not sure what the ROI would be... say it straight.

If these two days exceeded your expectations, what would you walk away with? Optional

Section 7 · Last one

Anything else we should know?

Anything about you or your business you'd want us to see before we review your application.

Build Big Fast · AI Intensive

You're on the list.

While we review it, do this

Spend the next 10 minutes making a list of every repetitive task in your business that steals your time. Don't worry about how you'd automate them. We'll help with that. Just start noticing where your business depends on you more than it should.

If you're accepted, that list becomes the starting point for your build.

We read every one. When the January dates are set, the waitlist hears first, with the link to lock your seat. Keep an eye on your phone and inbox.
